Susan graduated in 1987 from Kutztown University with a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She became certified as an Addictions Counselor (CADC) in 1995 by the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCACB). In June of 2006 she received her certification as a Life & Career Coach by the Life Purpose Institute in California. In October of 2007 she received a certification for Competency in Treatment of Gambling by the PCACB. Susan received her certification as a Relationship Coach from the IAP Career College in September of 2016. Susan attends seminars, conferences and workshops on an ongoing basis to stay current with developments in the behavioral health, coaching and counseling fields.
